What this builder can and cannot do
- · This workspace authors Programme definitions only. It is not a content management system: it edits no equations, no model parameters and no hidden physics.
- · The semantic hash, the revision number and the lifecycle state are server authority. Nothing typed here can set them.
- · Releasing a Programme revision makes that pedagogical definition immutable. It does not publish MissionLab assignments.
- · Selecting a Programme for a class sets the learning plan. It does not publish MissionLab assignments.
- · A technical session with no reviewed binding stays a truthful blocker. This builder never invents a G3 or M4 identity.
