Add NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL and NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY to apps/portal-web/.env.local to enable auth and cloud persistence. Twin-only routes work without these variables.

KidSAT Hardware Dashboard
Open the ground station console for live hardware or Demo Mode telemetry.
- Live Hardware Mode requires an active or trial KidSAT license for your organization.
- Demo Mode uses simulated telemetry only — no physical KidSAT or bridge required.
- For live commands, run the KidSAT Bridge app on the Windows PC connected to your ground-station serial port and HC-12 link.
- ESP32-CAM is not part of the current product baseline (planned Phase 2).
